At da Francesco it’s all about creating delicious foods from the freshest and most nutritious ingredients available. Our creative menu delights the palette with mouth watering appetizers, fresh from the garden salads, specialty pizzas, entrees straight from the Italian country side and decadent desserts sure to please.

This luscious menu has been developed by Executive Chef Seth Kirchbaum, formerly the Executive Chef of Sublime, one of South Florida’s favorite 4 star restaurants. Chef Seth graduated with honors from the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York and has 15 years experience in organic and natural foods.

We strive to use only organic ingredients. All of our dishes are prepared without artificial ingredients, preservatives, processed sugars or hydrogenated oils. We use only virgin olive oil that is cold pressed for flavor, consistency and overall purity. All of our meats, fish and poultry are free of any antibiotics, nitrates and chemical preservative.
